I'm so sad that Brett is now a Jet.  He will be missed

Gretchen Wilson, her record label, publishing company and the cable T-V network T-N-T were served with copyright infringement notices by lawyers for the rock group the Black Crowes. The band claims Gretchen copied their song, "Jealous Again" for her song, "Work Hard, Play Harder," which will be on her upcoming album. The song is also being used in promos for the TVshow Saving Grace.  Take a listen to both and judge for yourself.

Country Thunder was Great!  I spent Saturday Night out in Twin Lakes.  I got to go back stage for awhile.  While I was there, here is a little of what I got to see.

So I'm told that Jessica got booed!  Funny thing is I was backstage and I didn't hear anybody booing.  I thought Jessica did a good job for her first time on stage in three years.  She has a great voice. I was surprised to be quite honest.  I think her songs were too slow, I would have like there hear some more up tempo material.  I don' get why people are so upset that she is going Country.  She was raised in Texas, it's not like this is the first time she has every heard country music in her life.  I wish her well and hope that people give her a chance.  I can't wait for Tim McGraw next year.

Brianna is home from the NICU and is doing well....

Baby Brianna was born on Friday May 9th at 6:29 pm.  She was born about a month early because I had had been diagnosed with preeclampsia.  I had been but on bed rest just days before when my doctor called on Friday and had me come in for some more tests.  We got to the hospital around 2 pm and but 4:15 they had decided that it would be best for the two of us to delievery the baby. 




Baby Brianna was 7 pounds 5 ounces and 21 inches long. She was in the NICU unit since she was premature.  She had trouble with her breathing.
